中国航天生物技术实现民用 生物辅酶Q10进健康领域

中国航天生物技术研究成果已成功实现民用转化,自主研制的航天生物辅酶Q10已作为首个航天生物技术成果,作为保健品进入健康消费领域。这是航天生物专家庞欣博士今天发布的信息。
她在此间举行的“航天生物技术应用成果*发布会”上称,辅酶Q10是广泛存在于多种生物体内的脂溶性天然维生素类物质,是人体不可缺少重要元素之一;具有强壮心脏和心血管系统功能和清除自由基和抗氧化作用,可促进肌肤细胞新陈代谢,改善肌肤机能,被广泛应用于生物制药、营养保健等领域。临床试验证实,其对心脏病、高血压、脑血管障碍、帕金森症等多种疾病有辅助治疗作用。
由中国自主研发的这一生物技术成果,采用空间诱变育种技术和国际先进的微生物发酵法,筛选培育出突变菌株,不仅大幅提高了辅酶Q10的生产效能和品质,而且开辟了研制技术新途径,
庞欣博士透露,该研究项目已先后获得“利用航天生物技术培育辅酶Q10发酵菌种”、“微生物发酵生产工艺”两项国家级发明专利。
